She’s also our Bridal Coordinator handles all of your Bridal inquiries and plans your day .

If it’s your first visit, we recommend starting with a consultation or choosing a new client service option. Appointment timing varies depending on the service and your starting point. Once you select a service, our booking system will show the estimated duration. If you’re unsure what to choose, a consultation is the best way for us to give you accurate timing and personalized recommendations.
Extension consultations are a relaxed, 15–30 minute appointment where you sit down with our Expert Extension Artist at Salon Boutique for a
personalized consultation. Well discuss and look at your natural hair, talk through your goals, lifestyle, color plan, and walk you through the process, and maintenance . You’ll receive a tailored recommendation and a detailed estimate to ensure the best results. These can be done in our Salon and Virtually
Each appointment includes a personalized consultation, a custom service plan, and a finished style so you can see your final result in its best form. We’ll also share product recommendations and maintenance guidance tailored to your hair and lifestyle.
We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair unless your service states otherwise. Bringing inspiration photos is always helpful, and if you
have specific concerns or goals, feel free to note them in the message box at booking. We'll take care of the rest.
For extensions, yes consultations ensure we choose the right color, amount of hair for your goals and place you with the stylist best suited for your needs . These can be done virtually and in the salon with Lisa. She does all of our extension consults for our team. We will send a form to have you upload the few items needed for a consultation. For color, a consultation is helpful if you’re a new client , looking for a major change even if you're already a guest, are unsure what to book, or have questions about timing or pricing. This can also be done virtually . We would have you text over inspirational photos and current photos to get us started prior to a virtual appointment. If you are joining us in the salon you can bring those with you then to discuss.
Our Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to any appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service cost. No showed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. A valid credit card is required on file in order to reserve an appointment with us.
